Private Villa

The villa is located within a private residential complex; it consists of four floors dedicated to all the needs of the occupants.
On the ground floor are the spaces for conviviality such as the large double living room, the kitchen and the study.
On the first floor is the most private area of the residence with the master bedroom, the wardrobe, the master bathroom and a guest room with private bathroom.
On the second floor, we have included a large living area adjacent to a generous gym. Also on this floor are two further bedrooms with their bathrooms.
The basement is dedicated to the SPA area, with steam bath and relaxation room.
The entire project was designed to have elegant spaces, rich in content but also with a classic taste that has been declined and revisited in a contemporary key.
Shapes and colours are the leitmotif of the home, a sober elegance with touches of colour and different combinations to ensure that the result is never too ordinary.

| PROJECTS’ STRONG POINT | The entire project was designed for the well-being and tranquillity of its occupants. The materials, furnishings, lighting and all the details were designed to pursue this objective. The use of colours, as an accent, remains an element that we find in all the different environments and that has allowed us to interpret the concept of elegance in a new way. |
